Once confirmed, you will automatically receive an email with your secure Google Meet link, followed by two reminders (24 hours and 1 hour before our start time) to help you prepare. 

Please note: As an NPO, our practitioners' time is a vital resource. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to qualify for a refund. Regrettably, no-shows or cancellations made within the 24-hour window will forfeit their session fee.
